Driver Installers

As well as driving the 7.5t vehicle, throughout the day you’ll be delivering products to our customers and installing them. And because we offer a complete service, sometimes you’ll also be collecting items for repair. It’s physically demanding, with products including large screen TVs, domestic appliances and furniture. But it’s also about working well with store colleagues and providing truly great customer service (with training provided, of course).

Installers

Teamed with a Driver Installer, throughout the day you’ll deliver new and quality refurbished products to our customers and install them. Customer Service Administrators

Our customer service teams support both the installer teams and the stores to ensure an all-round excellent customer experience. Customer Service roles within Supply Chain are challenging and varied. You’ll monitor and maintain our systems and communicate regularly with our installers, retail colleagues and customers to ensure we get everything right and always put the customer first.

Warehouse Operatives

Proper preparation of products for onward delivery to our customers and our stores is a vital part of meeting our customer commitments and upholding our reputation for service. The accurate and safe loading of the vehicles in time for the installer teams to start the day is essential. Our warehouse teams ensure that all the products are correctly picked, securely loaded and efficiently dispatched.

Local Distribution Centre Managers

Playing a general management role, the LDC Manager has overall responsibility for the performance of the site. In addition to the typical challenges of a role like this - managing budgets and KPIs – there’s the opportunity to build partnerships with our retail colleagues to ensure more customer focused decision making.

Field Operations Managers

From team leader to department manager level, the Field Operations  management team is there to ensure the driving teams have the skills and equipment to deliver a great customer experience. As in any transport management role, there are the legislative requirements – but there’s also the chance to engage with colleagues and customers, spending time with the teams in the stores and customers’ homes.

Operations Managers

Ensuring our engineering workshops operate to the highest standards – and actively driving both productivity and quality - the Operations Managers within Engineering Services have the ultimate challenge of managing service and costs.
