Finance is an extremely dynamic and agile part of our business, the team provides us with the vital financial information we need to make the correct decisions affecting the future of our organisation. Over 30 people work here, split into commercial and financial accounting both adding complementary expertise and skills. More than ever finance is critical in serving the needs of the business in reporting, as well as the forecast and analysis that drives our business decisions 

 
Credit & Risk 

Using data to build systems and policies that improve lending decisions both for the customer and the company. We are constantly reassessing our policies and strategies to ensure that BrightHouse is a responsible lender.


Compliance

Compliance ensures BrightHouse always operates in accordance with applicable rules, regulations and legislation - and that we put our customers at the heart of our business operations. Bringing together experienced financial services, loss prevention, risk and health & safety professionals, the team works in partnership with all BrightHouse colleagues, provides advice, guidance and support, and - via its monitoring activities - gives assurance that we’re all operating compliantly.

Information Technology

This team of highly skilled specialists is responsible for supporting and delivering technology solutions to assist the entire company in achieving its goals. On a day to day basis, we maintain and manage the existing technology platforms - while also developing and implementing a whole variety of exciting transformation projects.

Human Resources

Commercially-focused HR Business Partners support the field and Head Office teams – and are themselves supported by an HR Services team that provides assistance with matters such as administration and employee relations. We also have in house recruiters whose role is to seek out promising individuals to join BrightHouse and develop lasting careers within our growing family. Our Learning & Development centre of excellence is based in Head Office support the field team of trainers to induct and develop colleagues.

Customer Relations

Dedicated team of Customer Relations Representatives support customers with queries and concerns and ensure these are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. We also ensure the business is aware of areas for improvement through accurate data collection and analysis of customer feedback.

Change Management

Drive change to ensure the business achieves its strategic goals and meets the ever changing expectations of its customers. Delivering exciting and complex projects in retail, eCommerce, supply chain and beyond.

Marketing

Team responsible for our TV advertising, local and in store marketing, customer insight and customer relationship management. Also ensures the voice of the customer is clearly heard within the business.
