At one end, fuelled by our close relationships with our customers, we identify desirable product ranges and negotiate with suppliers to get the best deals. At the other, our highly skilled engineers repair and refurbish products in our National Service Centre. And in between, there’s our increasingly sophisticated logistics, warehousing and distribution environment, our state-of-the-art recycling services, and our all-important home delivery and installation operation.
But in fact there is no end to what we do. BrightHouse depends on maintaining and building on its customer base, and every one of our Supply Chain activities has a part to play in delivering the excellent service that will keep customers coming back.
