Your manager will work with you to set clear development goals, providing all the feedback and the support you need, so you know exactly where you stand. Together, you’ll be able to draw on a whole range of proven learning opportunities, including job shadowing, one-to-one coaching and mentoring, group learning in face to face sessions and e-Learning at your convenience covering important subjects such as responsible lending, treating customers fairly and living the vision.
At Head Office, your tailored induction will include spending time in one of our stores, listening to customers and completing computer-based training. You will have opportunities to attend training courses and conferences to gain additional skills, as well as to apply for support to complete professional training recognised qualifications and accreditations. We also support secondments and encourage participation in projects to learn and develop through new experiences.
