I joined Brighthouse as an Office Administrator at the National Service Centre over a year ago, and I can honestly say that no two days are the same. I’m always kept busy, whether it’s answering queries from Service Centres and Stores or updating the service database.

During my time with BrightHouse I’ve built up some great relationships with employees in all the different parts of the business. I really enjoy working here and the new challenges that come with the role each day really keep me on my toes!
