I started at BrightHouse as a part-time Sales Advisor and soon took the position on full time. After over two years with the company I now work as a Customer Account Advisor. I’m continually looking to push myself to improve and recently completed a Level 2 NVQ in Customer Service. I am now studying for a Level 3 NVQ in Retail Management, all with the support of my current Store Manager.

I really enjoy my role within BrightHouse and the training and support of my colleagues has turned a part-time job into a promising, and very rewarding, career for me.
