I joined BrightHouse 11 years ago as a Driver Installer. It was my first full-time job in retail and the Company was offering a unique proposition.

You get to learn a lot about customers' needs when you deliver to their homes. This has been invaluable to me, as has the internal training and development I've enjoyed. My skills have widened over the years and progressed. I was awarded Deputy Manager of the year before being promoted to Store Manager in 2003. With a strong team behind me, we achieved both customer service and business growth targets.

Later, in 2007, I was given the opportunity to work as a Regional Manager. This position is exciting and rewarding. My day starts bright and early after dropping my son off at nursery and then visiting any of the 13 stores within my region. I offer support and guidance to all members of staff and help Store Managers become the best they can be. I also continue to learn from my store teams... it's a real partnership. I have thoroughly enjoyed my 11 years with BrightHouse and hope to have many more challenging years ahead of me.
