Position: Store Manager

After starting with BrightHouse in the Customer Service Centre, an opportunity arose to work in store as a Customer Account Manager. Since then I’ve been promoted twice more, first to Deputy Manager and now to Store Manager. My progression up through the different retail positions really is proof of the great opportunity offered to staff by the company promotion policy. I’ve also completed the People of Potential training, which has helped me develop my skills further.

I’ve worked for BrightHouse for eight years now. My role presents a fresh opportunity to learn and develop each day. I thoroughly enjoy the daily tasks that arise as a result of working in a fast moving environment, and the regular interaction with our customers is always very satisfying.
