I started at BrightHouse over 2 years ago now as a Customer Account Advisor. Working in different roles within the business helped me to better understand how to manage a BrightHouse store effectively. By working hard and showing my ability I was given more responsibility and as a result I have been promoted twice.

My position as a Store Manager is to work closely with my team to train them on company procedures and achieve targets. I am responsible for ensuring we deliver world class service to our customers. My role allows me to learn and develop each day. I enjoy the daily tasks that arise as a result of working in a fast moving retail environment, and the regular interaction with our customers is always very satisfying.
